Jud Menshal, on top of the many other hats he wears, is the head of content writing at PatchBoyz. Â Jud is a 14 year Asbestos Removal Type 3 & Supervisor certified remediation technician with additional experience and certifications in Mold, Lead and Finishing. He holds all mandatory safety credentials important for running a safe project site.
Parliament
Jud spent 4 years on at our nation's Parliament. Asbestos Remediation, Crawl-space work as well as lead were a daily part of the routine. Jud and co-workers spent long hours under Type 3 containment with negative pressure. Towards the end of his stay on Parliament, Jud was in charge of a crew of 40. Responsible for site and staff supervision.

Multi-Unit Housing Builds
Jud spent 5 years building and overseeing the finishing of several large housing units ranging from 6 plexes to 20 story residential buildings in the Ottawa area.
Stipple Removal
Jud also oversees the residential stipple removal division for PatchBoyz. Overseeing over 100,000 sf.ft. of stipple removal per year and making sure all safety setup and containment procedures are adhered to at all time.
The hazardous Materials worker course qualifies one to do Type 1 and Type 2 Asbestos removal work
The A253W Course provides training for Type 3 Asbestos removal. This is the type of removal required for friable asbestos jobs and any jobs that require a full negative air pressure containment with a dirty room, shower room and clean room.
The Mould or Mold Remediation card is self explanatory.
This intensive program equipped Jud with many worker cards required to begin his career in remediation on parliament. Since then, many of these have had to be renewed and updated. Jud holds additional training certificates that contain private data on them and cannot be shared online.
