1. Assessment

Using estimator experience and past data, our team conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the root cause of the problem and develop a comprehensive removal strategy. This can include either a site visit or pictures only, depending on severity of the issue and initial causing factors

2. Isolation

We will restrict access to the compromised zones to hinder the transmission of black mold contamination to other sections of the property.

3. Removal

Bulk removal will take place of all the contaminated; porous building materials to eliminate all visible mold. All contaminated materials will be safely contained.

4. Hygiene

Non-porous materials will be subjected to comprehensive decontamination procedures, using anti-microbial cleaning agents. State-of-the-art high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters allows us to thoroughly eradicate black mold and remove particulates disturbed in the remediation process.

5. Dehumidification

Any residual moisture in the area will be removed by industrial dehumidifiers and other drying equipment.

6. Restore & Reoccupy

After remediation work is completed, we can restore your drywall and paint the property to original condition. Once inspected and satisfied, you may move back in.
