They’ll keep an eye out for visible mold growth, water stains, high humidity zones and musty odours.

3. Infrared & Thermal

Because mold often lives behind the scenes, we bring in tools like moisture meters and infrared/thermal cameras to detect elevated moisture levels or hidden leaks. Locating the source of moisture is just as important as spotting the mold itself.

4. Sampling & Testing

If we identify areas of concern, we’ll collect surface samples to send to a lab for analysis (especially when the extent or type of mold isn’t obvious). This helps us understand what kind of mold may be present and its concentration.

5. Report & Next Steps

After inspection and (if applicable) lab results, you’ll receive a detailed report. It will outline any findings, show where moisture or mold issues exist, and provide clear, practical recommendations for remediation or prevention.

6. Guidance
